TOO HOT 2 RESIST!!!!

INDIA, the land of knowledge, the centre for world heritage and culture, many such superlatives can be attributed to INDIA but none as suitable as a HOT COUNTRY (both literally and metamorphic ally).
After the defeat of Prithviraj Chauhan, the emperor of Delhi in 1192 India was under the rule of various kingdoms, some who ruled from within the country, some which preferred to operate from their own motherlands. Cut 850 years to the present, India stands as the world’s largest democracy, world’s largest growing economy, an emerging economic Superpower but moreover it is a very rooted & culturally rich society.
A country with 1.25 billion people spread across an area that is 7th largest in the world spread across 29 states & 7 UT’S speaking more than 1300 languages and following more than 6 major religions, that is the epitome of diversity & here itself draw the analogy to a curry, it is hot & spicy, it has various ingredients that have no relationship with each other but when mixed together, the combo is just phenomenal.
The quality that separates the INDIANS from the rest of the world is their quality to adapt, to make the best use of the given situation & but foremost the quality to accept and move on. Instead of discarding the culture and works of their earlier masters out of grudges & hatred, INDIANS accepted them as an integral part of their history and made it their own.
This land known as INDIA is a like a wholesome diet, with various items included in the menu for the overall development and enrichment of the body & soul.
One of the first things that comes to the mind when one thinks of INDIA is the festivals. IF one were to list down the total number of festivals celebrated in this country then one lifetime may not suffice, for the people of this country a festival is an occasion to let their inner child free , to let go of all their problems and tensions & live life grand size in that particular moment. Indians love to celebrate various festivals under different names but all these festivals have a backdrop of mythology in them i.e all these festivals show the victory of the good over the evil.
The variety in celebrations is quite evident from the fact that Indians celebrate festivals like Holi and Diwali for the normal public but then they also celebrate festivals like Pushkar cattle fair, for the animals. Apart from certain national festivals, India is quite rich in terms of area specific festivals like Lohri (Punjab) &Onam(Kerela). There is a festival for every occasion and one for every individual, no one is left disappointed & everyone rejoices.
Of many other things that give a spark in the mind is the cuisine of this country. Be it spicy or sour, bitter or sweet and simple, the eating experience in INDIA is a one of a kind . One can choose from a menu that easily dwarfs anything else on this planet. Indian spices are famous world over but one thing more famous than those spices is the HOT & SPICY INDIA curry. Food is a part of the soul of this country, every part of this beautiful country has a cuisine that is totally unique in itself. In short INDIA is a heaven for foodies, you can stuff yourself up the whole day and still crave for more, be it the world famousPavbhaji on the streets of Mumbai or Dosa in Chennai you can treat yourself to the fullest & if your taste buds want to get sweeter thenRassogolla from Kolkata is always an option. Cuisine has become such an integral part of the life of the people that certain festivals are celebrated by eating a particular dish.
This diversity & culture is INDIA’s biggest advertisement, when you see it from the outside, it seems like total chaos but when you reach here and experience it for yourself, you just can’t get enough of it anymore. INDIA has worked its charm on Bill gates, David Beckham, Russel brand and millions more. All of them came to India as mere outsiders but while going they had a part of the soul of this country within themselves, because INDIA is just not any other country, it is a country with a heart and soul which calls to the deepest feelings inside the heart. You simply can’t get enough it once you have had a taste of it.
It is not possible to find contrasts like deserts and rainforests, Himalayan peaks and ocean trenches, Cosmopolitan mega cities and the traditional villages in a single country as INDIA.
INDIA is the horizon where the past of ancient civilization meets the new trendsetting technologies, where the customs of Kathak meets the rap dance of Bollywood, where the cultures from the modern western culture blends with the ancient morals and values . For this country mashes everything together to generate something totally unknown yet fantastic.
All said and done, it all comes down to the fact that until you have tasted this CURRY, your meal can never be complete.
